October marks as Breast Cancer Awareness month, which is an annual worldwide campaign to increase awareness about the disease. And People360, with its advocacy of health and safety, showed its own support to the campaign by releasing leaflets to the employees and the community as awareness about the disease (with info taken from its source the Philippine Breast Cancer Network). The Philippines, with having the highest incidence of breast cancer in Asia, launches its own campaign annually with a series of activities involving the government and other companies and NGOs joining the campaign to raise consciousness.
People360’s share in the awareness does not end there. It has formed its own committee that brings consciousness to all regarding any health and safety issues in our environment. It is after all, one of the company’s prime concerns, that of the welfare of the community and of the People360 family.
