People360 recently celebrated its 11th anniversary with the theme "VALUES: The Lighthouse of our Journey." A celebration of its 11 years of service, People360 held its General Assembly for the 1st Quarter of 2022.
With a mass and a program to celebrate the men and women behind the company's success, it was a reunion of sorts; the event, which started with a mass officiated by Rev. Bishop Salvador Ballesteros, was a whole day event: kicked off with a presentation of new employees, a learning activity, departmental functions, service awards to employees and lastly, a meaningful message from People360's President and CEO Engr. Cesar Dumayag. It was also the company's first face-to-face corporate assembly in 2 years since the pandemic started.
The first safety organization in the Philippines that has acquired an IMS certification, People360 has remained steadfast in its mission through the years - providing safety to its partners' needs, businesses, and people.
With that in mind, the company ensures its clients that its people observe the People360 core values in service: Customer Focus, People-oriented, Excellence in service, and "Malasakit." Eleven years of hard work, perseverance, commitment, and passion. As with any business, the journey has been very challenging, but People360's determination and genuine years of service have prevailed thru difficult times. Eleven years of quality service.
