People360 is honored to be a part of the celebration of the Department of Trade and Industry’s PQA’s 20th anniversary held last December 6, 2017. PQA, or Philippine Quality Awards, is the national quality award for Business Excellence in the Philippines similar to the Malcom Baldrige National Quality Award of the United States of America. Some of the highlights of the celebration of the award-giving body is the unveiling of the new criteria of PQA, and awarding of winners of the Philippine Quality Challenge, the PQA version for MSMEs, for the year 2017. DTI Secretary Ramon Lopez, graced the event and gave an inspirational speech to all businesses, most especially to the MSME’s. Inspired by the government’s “BUILD, BUILD, BUILD” strategy, the secretary emphasizes on the need for “QUALITY, QUALITY, QUALITY”, which promote quality consciousness and competitiveness among Filipino entrepreneurs. Also present at the event are Dra. Miflora Gatchalian and Dr. Pete Gatchalian, internationally-known quality gurus that People360 is truly fortunate to be mentored by. The People360 Team who graced the occasion were Ms. Ruth Del Castillo, IMS Manager; Mr. Justin Paul Dumayag, IT Manager; and Mr. Brando Estimada, IMS Assistant.
