Our employees have gone through training, seminars, and different assemblies to increase our cumulative competence, and they have not failed to receive recognition from the facilitating institutions. Our initiatives have proven to be effective in protecting its workers, and it also prioritized the mental health of its employees. We would not have been able to reach this goal without our community's cooperation and expertise. Thus, we acknowledge the collaboration of the different departments, namely Testing, Consulting, IH, OSHMS360, FAD, Sales, IT, IMS, HR, and Marketing, in helping us realize our dreams for a more secure future.

We believe that our people are our greatest asset, and that is why we are committed to protecting our employees while we provide high-quality services to our clients. In a decade of service for your safety, we have gone through many challenges that we have overcome. As we grow, we do not forget to look at our roots and include in our success those who helped us achieve it. We were able to help Cottolengo Filipino, a non-profit religious organization that admits abandoned, neglected, and surrendered children with different disabilities, Safety and Health Awareness in the Time of the Pandemic and Emergency Preparedness, and Community Disaster Preparedness Training Sessions at Apolonio Samson National High School, donations along with Basic Safety Awareness at IFI Cathedral, and Blood and Cash Donations to Red Cross. Aside from these, we provided BOSH | COSH For A Cause, an initiative where all the proceeds would be for the benefit of Typhoon Ulysses Victims, clothes and canned goods for the typhoon’s victims in Bicol, Guitnang Bayan Elementary School, and Cagayan Valley, and a cash donation to IFI Cathedral.

People360 held a simple celebration for our milestone. The ceremony started with a morning Thanksgiving mass officiated by Bishop Salvador Ballesteros, followed shortly by a video presentation highlighting the People360’s past activities and achievements throughout the years. It was followed with a host of heartfelt messages from distinguished guests via Zoom, from the DOLE Assistant Secretary and Concurrent Bureau of Working Conditions Director, Dra. Ma. Teresita S. Cucueco, MD., CESO III, Apolonio Samson’s Brgy. Captain Elizabeth De Jesus, People360’s VP Engr. Jessie Dela Cruz, to the company’s Safety Officers and valued consultants. It ended with a meaningful message by no less than the President and CEO of People360, Engr. Cesar Dumayag.

As we continue to pursue our goal to provide safety beyond compliance, achieving a million hours was beyond our intentions. Our focus to implement the best quality of service has borne fruit in many ways than we expected. As we persevere to give our current and future clientele all these past years until now, we never lost sight of what is most important – protecting our people. We are even more grateful for your confidence to accompany us on this ten-year journey, and we would like to invite you to join us in the years to come. We look towards tomorrow with the courage to face the new normal, and we hope to welcome our bright future with you.

Lead towards a safer tomorrow.

Basta Safety, People360.
