People360 has once again proven another feat to its list of accomplishments. Congratulations People360 for receiving the prestigious Philippine Quality Challenge Award for 2018! The award is given to organizations in the private and public sectors that excel in quality, productivity and business performance.

Giving the award and inspiring keynote speech is DTI Secretary Ramon Lopez, assisted by Undersecretary Rowel Barba. Receiving the award is People360’s President & CEO Engr. Cesar Dumayag, together with HR Manager Mr. Ariel Mendoza, IT and IMS Manager Mr. Justin Dumayag, Marketing Manager Ms. Evelyn Barbin, and Senior QMS Officer Ms. Ruth Del Castillo. Also in attendance are the notable consultants Dra. May Gatchalian, PQC consultant Ms. Mai Sotto and DTI’s expert assessors.

The Philippine Quality Challenge (PQC) is an assessment, consultancy and recognition program, which is administered by DTI-Competitiveness Bureau (DTI-CB), assisting private organizations in the country including Local Government Units (LGUs) in starting their journey to performance excellence and become competitive following the framework of the Philippine Quality Award (PQA) Program. The Philippine Quality Award (PQA) is the highest level of national recognition for exemplary organizational performance. It is equivalent to the very distinguished Baldrige Performance Excellence Program in the U.S. and other National Quality Awards nationwide.

Truly an award of the highest distinction, People360 is the ONLY safety organization given this honor. After having gone thru the PQC process for 2 years thru the encouragement and guidance of the company’s quality guru consultants Dr. Pete and Dra. May Gatchalian, People360’s President and CEO Engr. Cesar Dumayag’s one of many dreams for the company is realized. People360’s constant drive to reach for excellence, is not just for the benefit of the company, but for the customer to be given the quality service they deserve. It is People360’s belief to go “Beyond Compliance” as well…to protect a company’s most important asset, the people.
